Domestic shipping

Delivery of our items to Austria is subject to the following terms and conditions:

All prices quoted are subject to change and are in euros (€). Statutory VAT is not included in our prices. It will be shown separately on the invoice at the statutory rate applicable on the date of invoicing.

For orders with a net order value of less than €250, we charge €8.90 for postage, packaging and delivery costs.

For orders with a net order value of €250 or more, we offer free delivery within Austria.

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries without this increasing the delivery costs for the buyer. Dispatch takes place as quickly as possible and at the buyer’s risk. The method of dispatch is at our discretion. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the transport company.

For orders with a net order value of less than €75, we charge an additional minimum order surcharge of €6.90.

We charge an additional flat-rate fee of €3.50 for the transport of temperature-sensitive products in accordance with Section 1a of the AM-HandelsV and GDP. As soon as an item requires special transport, the entire delivery is handed over to the specialist carrier.

Please note that, for logistical reasons, we are unable to deliver to parcel collection points or post offices.

International shipping

Delivery of our items abroad is subject to the following conditions:

Delivery abroad is carried out exclusively as a tax-free intra-Community supply in accordance with Section 4(1b) in conjunction with Section 6a of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG).

A valid VAT registration number is required. The address used for tax registration must be used as the billing address.

Delivery of our items to third countries (outside the EU) is subject to the following conditions: We deliver with VAT and customs duties paid. For deliveries to third countries, the standard import VAT rates applicable in the respective country (e.g. Switzerland = 8.1%) are charged directly to you by Gerl Dental GmbH. We charge an additional fee of 5% of the net value of the goods to cover processing costs and other customs duties and charges. You will not be required to pay any further duties or fees to the delivery service provider upon delivery.

We reserve the right to make partial deliveries without this resulting in any increase in delivery charges for the buyer. Goods will be dispatched as soon as possible and at the buyer’s risk. We reserve the right to choose the method of delivery. Risk passes to the buyer upon handover of the goods to the carrier.
